Every price here is a starting price. What we charge depends on the item in front of us — its size, the fabric, how soiled it is and whether it needs hand finishing. There is plenty we clean that is not listed here, so if you do not see what you are looking for, bring it into either shop or give us a ring and we will price it for you before anything is started.
All prices for our retail customers include VAT.

These are starting prices. Heavier or hand-finished shirts cost a little more.

Washing and ironing a shirt costs the same as ironing one you have washed yourself, so you may as well let us do both. Shirts washed at home are often over-dried, which makes them harder to finish well.

A bed set is four pillowcases, a fitted or flat sheet and a double duvet cover. If there are six pillowcases, or it is a king size, we price it on what comes in. Feather and down duvets cost a little more than synthetic, which is why the duvet prices start from. A bag wash is a mixture of household clothing all washed together. We wash at 40°C unless you ask us for a higher temperature, using a non-bio detergent and a conditioner for fragrance.

These are starting prices. Curtains are priced by the square metre.

Curtains are priced by the square metre. Measure the width of the curtain and the drop from the top of the heading tape to the hem, multiply the two, and that is the square metre figure. Heavy and interlined curtains carry an additional charge of £26.30 per curtain, because of the weight and the drying time. Please read our garment care notes before sending curtains in, particularly if they have been hanging in a sunny window.

Wedding gowns require inspection before we confirm a price.

We need to see the gown before we can confirm a price. Beading, silk, the length of the train and any marking all change the work involved, so bring it into Banbridge or Lisburn and we will look it over and price it for you.
